I understand that I am signing up for a recurring monthly subscription to The Pilates Health Online Membership and my card will be charged the 1st monthly fee. 

I will then continue to be charged, on a monthly basis until such time as I choose to cancel my membership. I am aware that any promotional code will be applied for the first month only.

I am aware I can cancel at anytime and my membership will cease at the end of my current billing cycle.

As this is a digital product with immediate access, I understand that you are unable to offer any refunds and I am happy to proceed on that basis.

I agree to you using the email address I have provided to communicate with me regarding The Pilates Health Online Membership.

I understand that I can unsubscribe from emails, at anytime, on the bottom of each email but this will mean that I no longer receive ANY updates regarding the membership. 

I understand that unsubscribing from emails will NOT automatically cancel my membership and I will need to do this separately.
