I confirm that I am not a resident of North America or Canada. (It is with regret that we are unable to accept clients from these regions) 

I understand that I am signing up for a recurring yearly subscription to Pilates Health 365 and my card will be charged immediately the first yearly fee. 

I will then continue to be charged automatically, on a yearly basis until such time as I choose to cancel my membership. Any promotional code will be applied to the first year only.

I am aware I can cancel at anytime and my membership will cease at the end of my current subscription period (12 months)

After the first 12 month period I understand that I can contact you directly to request that I downgrade back to the monthly membership option. I am aware that if I downgrade, I will lose any additional benefits.

As this is a digital product with immediate full access, I understand that you are unable to offer any refunds and I am happy to proceed on that basis.

I agree to you using the email address I have provided to communicate with me regarding The Pilates Health 365 Membership.

I understand that I can unsubscribe from emails, at anytime, on the bottom of each email but this will mean that I no longer receive ANY updates regarding the membership. 

I understand that unsubscribing from emails will NOT automatically cancel my membership and I will need to do this separately by logging into my account.
