How to Participate in our prize competition
1.1 In order to enter this promotion, go to our Public Facebook page here https://www.facebook.com/Pilateshealthonline and enter the information requested
1.2 All entries must include your name, and you are consenting to us using your contact details such as your email address to contact you. Should you win you will need to provide your postal address.
1.3 Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
1.4 Please be aware that you will be commenting on our Public Facebook page and that other Facebook users will be able to see your posts. Please ensure that you don’t share any personal information and only share information that you are happy for others to read.
1.5 You may enter this promotion a maximum of 3 times, one for each of the Facebook Posts you comment on. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
1.6 Competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only.
2. Start date
This promotion will start at 11am on Monday 11th October 2021
3. Closing date
The closing date for this promotion will be 7pm on Sunday 17th October 2021. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
4. Selection of the winner
4.1 One winner will be selected from all the entries.
4.2 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is as follows: 12 Months free access to The Pilates Health Online Membership, A 30 minute 1-2-1 Session with Zoe (Virtual), 1 Pilates Small Ball and 1 Pair of Pilates Socks.
5.2 There is no alternative prize.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.
6. Restrictions and requirements
6.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: The winner will be required to register for The Pilates Health Online Membership in the normal way. This requires them to enter their card details. They will not be charged until after the initial 12-month free period. They will be free to cancel their membership at anytime before or during the 12-month free period. Should they wish to continue their membership after this date it will continue automatically, and they will start being charged the applicable monthly fee from the following month.
If the winner does not want to continue the membership they MUST cancel before the end of the 12-month free period to avoid being charged.
6.2 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
7.1. The promoter will announce the winner in the Live - “Celebration Party” of The Discover Pilates Beginners Workshop on Monday 18th October 2021. The winner will then be notified by email on the Tuesday 19th October 2021.
7.2. The winner will have until Thursday 21st October 2021 at 9pm to claim their prize. After this date the membership will no longer be open for enrolment
8. Publicity and personal information
8.1. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy

8.2. The name of the winner will be published on

8.3. If you do not want your name included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
8.4. You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
9. Facebook
9.1. By entering the competition, you hereby:
9.1.1 completely and irrevocably release Facebook from any liability whatsoever related to this competition; and
9.1.2 acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
9.2 By entering the competition, you understand that your comments will be available on our public Facebook page and other Facebook users will be able to see and read your posts.
10. General
10.1 This promotion is operated by Pilates Health Online Ltd, Registered offices - Office 8, Kings Court, 17 School Road, Hall Green, B28 8JG.
10.2 Entrants acknowledge that copyright in submissions will be owned by the promoter. Entrants agree to assign to the promoter all intellectual property rights in the submission with full title guarantee and to waive their moral rights.
10.3 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
10.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
