Having started Pilates after my own injury, I know it’s a fantastic way to keep flexible, fit and strong as well as being great for relaxation.


I wanted to create something specifically for women who want to keep fit, healthy and active but might be struggling to get back into exercise.


Something to help us relax and feel more confident in ourselves, work on things that are important to us and manage our aches and pains!


So, if you are looking to get back into exercise but need help to get started and want someone to guide you through, starting with the basics, then this membership is perfect for you.
