Members Monthly Challenge Terms and Conditions
How to Participate in our monthly challenge competition
1.1 In order to enter this promotion, either go to our Facebook group here https://www.facebook.com/groups/386946768505658 and enter the information requested under the monthly challenge post or email us on [email protected] before the displayed deadline each month.
1.2 All entries must include your name, and you are consenting to us using your contact details such as your email address to contact you. Should you win you may need to provide your postal address.
1.3 Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
1.4 Please be aware that you will be commenting on our Facebook group and that other Facebook users within the group will be able to see your posts. Please ensure that you don’t share any personal information and only share information that you are happy for others to read.
1.5 You may enter this promotion a maximum of 1 times per month. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion
1.6 Duration - This will run once each calendar month until notified otherwise with 1 months notice via email or inside the facebook group.
2. Start date - This promotion will start on the 1st day of each calendar month (unless otherwise notified)
3. Closing date
The closing date for this promotion will be 4pm on the last day of the calendar month. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
4. Selection of the winner
4.1 One winner will be selected from all the entries.
4.2 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is as follows: a £10 gift voucher to Amazon.co.uk or suitable alternative to the same value.
5.2 There is no alternative prize
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.
6. Restrictions and requirements
6.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: This challenge is only open to paying members of the Pilates Health Online Membership. Membership is required for the full calendar month of the competition for the entry to count. Members who cancel within the calendar month will not be entered.
6.2 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
7.1. The promoter will announce the winner in the weekly members email and inside the facebook group. On or before the 10th day of the following calendar month. By entering you are consenting to your name being listed should you win - see clause 8.3
8. Publicity and personal information
8.1. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy

8.2. The first name and surname of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Zoe Rex, Office 8, Kings Court, 17 School Road, Hall Green, B28 8JG - 30 days after the closing date.
8.3. If you do not want your name included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
8.4. You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
9. Facebook
9.1. By entering the competition, you hereby:
9.1.1 completely and irrevocably release Facebook from any liability whatsoever related to this competition; and
9.1.2 acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
9.2 By entering the competition, you understand that your comments will be available on our Facebook group and other Facebook users will be able to see and read your posts.
10. General

10.2 Entrants acknowledge that copyright in submissions will be owned by the promoter. Entrants agree to assign to the promoter all intellectual property rights in the submission with full title guarantee and to waive their moral rights.
10.3 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
10.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English
