I am so excited to help you get started on YOUR Pilates Journey! But before we do here's and few things that will help you get the most out of the membership :)

 

What to do now 

 

1. Download the New Members Planner

This is the perfect guide to help you get started in your first few weeks inside the membership.

You can download the planner below and work your way through.

Please note this is only a guide so feel free to alter it to suit you and go at your own pace :)

I would recommend starting with Stage 1 first and then moving on to Stage 2 once you feel ready

2. Keep an eye on your emails: 

An email is on it's way to you as we speak, to welcome you to the membership and give you everything you'll need to get started. 

If you don't receive your email in the next hour, please get in touch at

It's always worth checking your junk folder first, just in case!

 

 

3. Join the Members Only Facebook Group: 

This is the best place to get in touch with me and get your questions answered.

If you're not on Facebook don't worry at all because everything you need will be inside the membership.

You'll be asked a few questions when you join, don't forget to answer or I can't add you to the group.

4. Log in to the Membership:

When you're ready. You can log into the membership and have a look around. Go to Stage 0 first.

This will talk you through how the membership works and give you an overview of what each stage is all about.
