Every Day for 7 Days you will have access to a new Beginners Pilates Class.
Each class is between 10-15 minutes and can be done in the comfort of your own home, no equipment need!

I've spent years working with women, helping them to get back into exercise and I know the step by step approach that really works.
I also know that getting started and knowing which exercises to do is always the hardest part!
I’m Zoe, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. I specialise in helping women get back into exercise and helping them feel more confident in their body.
I've been a Physio for 19 years, teaching Pilates for over 10 years and I've run my own Pilates clinic in Solihull, England since 2013.
I turned to Pilates after my own back injury and I love it. It’s a fantastic way to keep flexible, fit and strong as well as being great for relaxation.

This class is all about getting started and introducing some of the Pilates exercises. It will teach you how to get into a good position and get the right muscles working.
It's not just our core that needs to be strong, we need all our muscles working together.
Our Glutes (bottom) muscles can often get weaker, maybe because of pain or sometimes the way we move. So in this class I show you some great exercises to wake those muscles up!
When we think about Pilates this is what we think of, our "Core"
Our core muscles are made up of deep stabilising muscles that support the spine and larger power muscles that help us move.
I'll show you some exercises to get the deeper stabilising muscles working that are great to get you started.
In this class we move from the mat into standing. After all we need to be strong when we are up and about, not just when we are lying down.
We need to be strong and flexible. Stretching is something we don't often really think about.
So this class contains some easy exercises that you can do to help to move your body and mobilise the spine.
As we get towards the end of the 7 days we are going to start in introduce a few more exercises and work on our balance and control.
Pilates is a fantastic mind and body exercise. So on our final day we are working on exercises to aid relaxation.
