I’m Zoe, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with a background in Pain Management.
I turned to Pilates after my own back injury and I love it. It’s a fantastic way to keep flexible, fit and strong as well as being great for relaxation.

I attended Pilates classes for a couple of years but moved house and found it difficult to find another suitable class.
I found Zoe on Facebook and attended her workshop when I discovered that she was just what I was looking for!
With her vast experience she knows exactly how to advise her pupils according to their individual requirements.
I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia so there are certain exercises which I have to avoid, and she is brilliant at providing suitable adaptations. Her classes are stimulating and fun and very motivating.

I get asked a lot: "Can I do Pilates if I have Osteoporosis?"
The answer is "Yes" however some of the exercises need to be avoided or adapted.

We start with getting the right muscles working at the right time and keep building from there. Every class is designed to build on the one before.
Pilates is so much more than just the "Core." We work on relaxation, flexibility, strength, balance, bone health, cardio and much more.
I've worked with hundreds if not thousands of women in my career, helping them get back into exercising again and freeing themselves from aches and pains. Time and time again I see the difference Pilates can make.
It's not just our Physical Health we need to take care of it's our mental health too.
As we go through midlife and beyond, managing stress and anxiety becomes increasingly important and exercise is just a part of that.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a worrier! I come from a long line of worriers and over the years I've looked for ways to help me manage my own stress and anxiety.
Now I would say that I am still a work in progress but I have found strategies, like Mindfulness, that have really helped me and I want to share them with you too.
As well as that I've worked with so many women who suffer with pain and I know the impact it can have on their lives. It can affect how we feel, how we sleep, our daily lives and our relationships.

BUT it only works if we stay consistent.
When we get busy and things happen, it's all too easy to put other things ahead of taking care of ourselves.

The live classes are available on a platform called Zoom. You will be emailed a link with a password so you can sign in at the time of the class.
We run our live classes (on Zoom) every week in stages 2-4.
Stage 5 are our advanced classes and these are all pre-recorded.
Everything is recordedĀ andĀ you'll be ableĀ to accessĀ the classes at a time that suits you best.
Stage 1 is all pre-recorded so you can get started straight away. Once you've completed those introductory classes you'll move into stage 2 š
I'll be on hand to guide you through every step of the way.

No problem, all the classes are recorded so you can catch up anytime. It also means that if you enjoyed a live class, you can do it again and again.
You'll have access to all the live class replays as long as you remain a member.
You'll also have access to a number of shorter pre recorded classes which you can dip into at any time.

I recommend that everyone starts at Stage 0 as this sets the scene for the overall membership experience.
Then move on to Stage 1: "Build your Foundation"
There are 8 classes in this stage that are perfect for beginners or provide a great refresher.
At the end of the stage there's a questionnaire to complete so you know you're ready for stage 2.
You've got me there for support and to guide you, so you can always drop me a message and I'll be happy to help.

So, you can cancel at anytime!
There's no long term commitment, and you can sign up for just a month at a time.
Cancelling during your 7 Day Trial Period
From time to time we may offer a 7 day free trial.
If you cancel within the 7 Day trial period, your membership will come to an end at the end of your trial and you will. not be charged.
If you cancel, your membership will come to an end at the end of the current subscription period (monthly or yearly) and no more payments will be taken.
To cancel you will need to login, go to your account in the top right hand corner and hit cancel. Simple as that.
Please note no refunds will be given for cancellations part way through your subscription period.

From time to time we may offer a free trial of the membership.
If you cancel within the free trial period, your membership will come to an end at the end of your trial and you will not be charged.
If you cancel your membership part way through your subscription, it will come to an end at the end of the current subscription period (monthly or yearly) and no more payments will be taken.
The good news is, if you sign up now your price will never increase, never, ever!
Even if I increase the price of the membership your price will ALWAYS remain the same, for as long as you're a continuous member*
I put my heart and soul into providing all my members with the best experience and the best support I possibly can.

If you’ve been diagnosed with Osteoporosis there are a few modifications to some of the exercises which I will go through with you before you get started.
I also advise that you stick to stages 1-3 inside the membership.
IMPORTANT: If you have had a fracture associated with your Osteoporosis, in particular a spinal fracture, these classes are NOT suitable for you.
I would recommend speaking to your GP before you start and looking into individual sessions so the exercises can be more tailored to meet your specific needs.
The membership uses a secure payment system called Stripe.
When you sign up you will be signing up for a monthly recurring subscription.
Unfortunately, The Pilates Health Membership is not suitable if you’re pregnant.
I would recommend you look for Pilates classes that are specifically tailored to exercising during Pregnancy.
